Hi! I'm Kara

I was born in West Virginia but my heart lives in Charleston, SC where the sea breeze refreshes my soul and the golden sunlight dances in the shades of the age old angel oaks.

It’s here, in this beautiful Lowcountry, that I have the privilege of working as a Charleston, SC wedding photographer, capturing couples as they celebrate their love against the backdrop of this stunning city.

My husband and I have called Charleston home since 2020. When I’m not behind the camera documenting weddings, you’ll find us treasure-hunting at estate sales, walking the beach in search of dolphins at sunset, or spending quality time with our fur babies. We are also a blended family, and when we got married in 2020, I became a bonus mom to four incredible boys. Our family is rounded out with a 21-month-old Golden Retriever, a spunky 11-year-old Chiweenie, and a 17-year-old cat who keeps everyone on their toes.
