Bride and Groom gets married at the Charleston women's club — Charleston Women’s Club Wedding Venue

The first time Anthony laid eyes on Nicole he told everyone that she was the woman he was going to marry.. Nicole had never met him before and thought he was joking. Not long afterward, they went on a last minute date on New Year’s Eve where they watched the ball drop for the first time together… the rest is history <3

Just like every other 2020 wedding thus far, Nicole encountered so many hiccups. After making the hardest decision to reschedule, she then faced having to change venues – three weeks before the wedding. So many of our brides this year have faced so many challenges but each time, I have watched how their family and friends come together with so much love to help create the most beautiful day.

Saturday’s forecast was filled with rain – LOTS of rain! Thankfully, the entire day was to be hosted inside.. with plans of going outside for portraits.. but Charleston Women’s Club has the most amazing room upstairs Brides to get ready in and it was our saving grace! We kept everyone dry, cool and it was the perfect space for those gorgeous bridals!

Some of my favorite parts: Nicole’s dress!! The train and the beading was simple yet breathtaking! When her veil was places, Sarah looked at me and said, “I just got chills!”

Always, the little moments in between. When Nicole’s mawmaw saw her…. I was trying so hard to not get choked up. She was so sweet.

The way Anthony and Nicole look at each other.. they were this way during their engagement pictures too.. they fit together so perfectly.

The cake… they didn’t plan on smashing it in each other’s faces..and initially they behaved.. then I asked them to kiss and, well, you will see below what happened next!
